SLAB Online now integrates seamlessly with our legal case management software platform, CaseLoad. After a great deal of hard work and collaboration with The Scottish Legal Aid Board, this highly anticipated integration is finally here, and it’s set to improve the way legal aid lawyers work.
We understand the frustrations lawyers face when uploading files to SLAB. With this integration, those challenges are now a thing of the past. The process is faster, simpler, and fully integrated into CaseLoad, saving valuable time and effort.
With immediate effect, SLAB Online will now accept Legal Aid Accounts submitted directly from CaseLoad. Our new method allows users to submit Work Items from Time Recorded entries in CaseLoad and Request Payment—without ever leaving the platform.
How It Works in Four Easy Steps:
Record Time Entries: Log your time in CaseLoad as usual to create your Work in Progress.
Submit to SLAB: Use the SLAB integration option to submit Work Items directly to SLAB and Request Payment.
Review SLAB’s Response: SLAB will assess the account and provide an Offer of Payment.
Negotiate or Accept: Choose to negotiate or accept the offer from SLAB – all within CaseLoad.
